This Nocturne is a blend of 2,5 and 6,5 year-old full-malt brews. And with loads of dark malt. Spontaneously fermented like all of our lambikken, but without the raw wheat portion, this is our take on a real Vlaams Oud-Bruin / Flemish Old Brown.
